Professionalism & Staff Abuse Guidelines
As staff, you’re expected to maintain the utmost professionalism at all times.
Professional Conduct
All staff must:
- Treat players and other staff with respect
- Remain professional in all situations
- Act based on evidence and documented policy
- Avoid public arguments or generally hostile behavior
Remember: As staff you represent not only yourself, but also the server as a whole.
Abuse of Power
Staff abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Punishing without valid evidence
- Favouritism or selective enforcement
- Using staff tools for personal benefit
- Unauthorized trolling (see note below)
Note: Trolling occasionally is permitted, as long as a member of Management initiated the whole ordeal.
