ℹ️ Mentors will be staff assigned Senior Moderator who choose to take on new Support members to guide them as “Mentees” through their early days of their roles.
☑️ Responsibilities
- Answer questions from “Mentees”.
- Keep an eye on their “Mentees”.
- Frequently check activity and contributions.
- Helping them adjust and fit into the team.
If a “Mentee” isn’t getting on with their Mentor, they may request a different designation by contacting an Administrator.
