  3. Other members of the staff team (Just pop a question in staff chat)

We really urge that everyone ask for help when they’re unsure, it’s the best way for everyone to learn and get to know each other :)

If you need to hand over a ticket at any point, please do so concisely and professionally!

Example: ... I'll hand this over to @Someone ...

If you absolutely know the answer to a query in a ticket, we urge that you take initiative to handle it if no other staff member is already handling it.
