ℹ️ Developers (formerly System-Administrators) are close technical friends of the server hand-picked to work on server development. They are a part of the Management team.
This position cannot be applied for, nor is it obtainable through regular staff promotions. Members are selected based on long-term trust, proven collaboration on past projects, or being close, technically experienced friends of the server.

Note
While Developers may assist in management decisions when needed, they do not inherently hold management authority. Decision-making power depends on either having additional roles such as . or Admin Permissions, or having any specific roles, e.g Staff Manager (consult the ../Subroles directory for full list).
In other words, Devs that simply have the “Developer” role on Discord merely work on development. They are not also “Managers” or something similar per se.
