Once obtained, please hand over the ticket to an Administrator or above - This should be done concisely with clear communication and intent.
Example:

Once handed over to a higher authority, admins should ensure the transaction exists through searching in the payment channel.
If the payment is confirmed, a note should be made of the operation in the Action Log channel, with the Tebex ID, and usernames.
