Internal Questions/Affairs
If a staff member has a general enquiry, or an internal affair (i.e., an issue or problem with another staff member), please refer to this “Chain of command”.
- General issue or question ➡️ Your Assigned Mentor / Sr. Moderator / Administrator
- Issue with an Administrator ➡️ System Administrator
- Issue with a System Administrator ➡️ Owner
- Issue with an Owner ➡️ System Administrator
📝 Note
If you want to bring up a concern about another staff member but feel uncomfortable because they’re close to a certain admin, you can always reach out to a different admin instead. They’ll handle it fairly and keep things discreet, we expect that from all our admins anyway, but we get that sometimes it just feels easier that way.
